Separate point-clouds integration system and method thereof

Abstract

The present invention provides a scattered point cloud integration system, which comprises a computer, a scanner connected with the computer, and a fixture for laying scanned objects, wherein three pellets are arranged on the fixture. The computer comprises a point cloud acquisition module, a ball fitting module, a computation module, a matching module and an alignment module. The system adopts three pellets to make the scattered point cloud acquired by scanned objects which are scanned for a plurality of times aligned and reset, to restore the mutually original space position relations, thusthe complete point cloud of the object is integrated, the operation is simple, and the precision is high. The present invention provides a scattered point cloud integration method at the same time.
本发明提供一种离散点云整合系统,该系统包括计算机、与该计算机相连的扫描器及放置扫描物体的治具,所述治具上有三个小球。所述计算机包括点云获取模块、球拟合模块、计算模块、匹配模块及对齐模块。该系统利用三个小球将多次扫描物体所获取的离散点云对齐复位,恢复其原有的相互之间空间位置关系,整合成物体的完整的点云,操作简单,精度高。本发明同时提供一种离散点云整合方法。
