Abstract

The invention relates to a concrete curing foam sheet with a connecting structure. The foam sheet comprises a foam sheet body formed by superposing a first PE film, a second PE film and a finishing board; a first transparent connecting piece connected to one side end of the foam sheet body; a fixture fixed on the inner side of the connector slot of the first connecting piece; a connector which iselastically connected with the fixture through a spring and is provided with a pair of rods arranged in the center and elastically supported by spring; a second transparent connecting piece which is fixedly connected with the connector of another foam sheet through the rods inserted in the connector. The foam sheet comprises a connecting unit which is used for tightly connecting the foam board toanother foam sheet on the surface of the concrete to be cured, thus preventing the gaps between the connected foams from causing concrete to be improperly cured locally. In addition, as the connecting pieces are made of transparent flexible synthetic resin, workers are allowed to see the curing of the concrete easily even when the foam sheet is installed on the surface of the concrete to be cured.
本发明涉及一种具有连接结构的混凝土养护泡沫板。该泡沫板包括:叠置第一、第二PE膜和修整板获得的泡沫板主体;连接到泡沫板主体一个侧端的透明第一连接件;固定到第一连接件连接器槽内侧的固定物;连接器,其通过弹簧弹性连接到固定物且设有一对安装在中央部分并由弹簧弹性支撑的杆;透明的第二连接件,其通过插入连接器的杆固定连接到另一泡沫板的连接器。该泡沫板包括连接单元,用于将该泡沫板紧密连接到混凝土养护表面上的另一个泡沫板,防止了板之间连接部分中的空隙导致的混凝土局部不良养护。另外,连接件由透明柔性的合成树脂制成,因而允许工人即使在将泡沫板安装在混凝土养护表面上的情况下也可以用肉眼容易地看到混凝土的养护程度。
