The invention provides a system, a method for timely distributing an electric document, and the electric document. The system includes a sending terminal and a plurality of receiving terminals. The sending terminal is connected to each receiving terminal. The receiving terminals include a receiving unit, a power controlling unit, a memorizer and a main body part. The receiving units, the memorizer and the power controlling unit are always in a power supply state. When the receiving unit receives the electric document sent by the sending terminal, if the receiving terminals are in a power off state, a turning-on instruct is sent to the power controlling unit, then the electric document is stored in the memorizer. The power controlling unit supplies the power supply to the main body part according to the received turning-on instruct, so that the main body part is in a booting state. After the main body part is in the booting state, the main body part acquires the electric document from the memorizer and displays the electric document. By using the system, when the electric document receiving terminals are in the power off state, if the electric document is delivered, the receiving terminals are automatically turned on to display the content of the electric document.
